Cancellation Policy
There is a 20% cancellation fee that will be applied for first time cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If cancellations keep occurring a larger fee will be applied, as well the original deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. No shows will be charged for the full service that was booked.
If you’re running behind I understand, reach out as soon as you can and we will discuss if continuing the apportionment or rescheduling is the best option. Showing up 20 mins or later will conflict with other appointments scheduled, so choosing a new date would be ideal in this situation. A new deposit will be required to book.
